Actor-producer Sivakarthikeyan has maintained an excellent rapport with his fans since his early days in television and is currently one of the biggest stars to reach the top of the league in less than a decade. Having recently taken part in Tamil Nadu government's initiative of appearing in an awareness video for COVID-19 vaccination, Sivakarthikeyan has now in a WhatsApp voice note informed his fans to maintain the precautions as instructed to combat the infectious disease. Below is the context of SK's latest audio that has gone viral:

"Greetings to all my my brothers and sisters,

I'm not in a position to speak to each one of you individually and that is the reason why I'm sending this voice note. I believe you all are safe and healthy. This is my request - please leave the premises of your house only if there is an urgent necessity. Always wear a mask and put on double masks as per the instructions that have been issued. I have seen many not get affected because of corona as a result of them wearing their masks properly. In case you have any doubts, consult your doctor and get vaccinated soon. I too got vaccinated recently. If there are elders in your home, it is important that you take good care of them and not allow them to go anywhere outside. There will be occasions where you will be required to go outside. In such an event, it is my request that you get back to your homes as quickly as possible. If we are careful, all these issues will be cleared and we can go back to our regular and normal lives. Keep the belief that everything will be alright. We all are coming across reports everyday that COVID-19 is affecting people from all age groups. I hope to meet you soon with my films. I and my family are also safe and I'm watching the love and encouragement you all are showing towards me on social media. I thank you all for that. Love you all. Take care. Stay safe."

On the work front, Sivakakarthikeyan has three big films lined up ahead starting with Doctor, which awaits its theatrical release. Directed by Nelson Dilipkumar and jointly produced by Sivakarthikeyan Productions in association with Kotapadi J Rajesh of KJR Studios, the upcoming black comedy was initially announced for a March 26 theatrical release before getting postponed to May due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The makers had sometime back announced that they are doing everything to ensure the film will be released, which we can expect once the lockdown in the state is lifted. Likewise, Sivakarthikeyan had also wrapped up shooting for his long-awaited ambitious sci-fi venture, Ayalaan, under R. Ravikumar's direction and featuring music by A. R. Rahman, with the film currently in post-production stages. Prior to the lockdown, SK had also announced his next titled Don under debutant Cibi Chakravarthy's direction, with the film billed to be a fun-filled college backdrop comedy entertainer. His Sivakarthikeyan Productions is also waiting for the COVID-19 situation to get better as his production venture, Vaazhl, directed by Aruvi fame Arun Prabhu is also expected for a release.
