Samanthas Covid-19 survivor friend - shares her experience through a video!
The intensity of Coronavirus is getting severe with every passing day and the positive cases are rapidly increasing. Having said that, actress Samantha’s close friend and fashion designer Shilpa Reddy (who is also a model and fitness enthusiast) was tested positive for the virus and she was asymptomatic. Good news is that both she and her husband have now recovered completely after being home quarantined. Shilpa Reddy took to her Instagram page to post a video, narrating her experiences of how she recovered from Coronavirus.
She said, “I feel extremely responsible to share my experience. Two weeks back, we had a family friend visiting us, who left our home feeling unwell. 5 days later, we got a call that one of their family members was tested positive. Immediately, we tested ourselves and it turned out me and my husband were positive. We are typical cases of asymptomatic. I didn’t have any symptoms. No body pains, no headache, no high temperature, nothing, but I was tested positive.
Most obvious thing we did was quarantine ourselves. This can come to anybody, but if you keep your immunity strong, you can effortlessly come over this. If you're prepared, you can easily handle this. Don't be fearful. During my quarantine, our Doctor allowed us to carry on with our regular work since we were asymptomatic and so I did my usual workouts, exercises, kriyas, and ate normally. If you are prepared for it, nothing will happen and you can easily defeat this and come out.”
