Leading Telugu actor Prabhas became a national star after the astounding box office and critical success of his Baahubali films and will next be seen in several pan-Indian biggies. He will be kicking off his lineup with the period sci-fi romantic drama film Radhe Shyam, which has him paired with youth sensation Pooja Hegde. Directed by Radha Krishna Kumar and featuring music by Justin Prabhakaran, Radhe Shyam has been made as a bilingual in Telugu and Hindi, while being dubbed in Tamil, Kannada and Malayalam and is gearing up for a grand worldwide theatrical release on January 14, 2022 on the festive occasion of Sankranthi. With promotions picking pace, the much-awaited second song from the film titled 'Thiraiyoadu Thoorigai' in Tamil has now been officially released and shows the lead pair Prabhas and Pooja Hegde across serene locales around Europe.

Produced by Vamsi and Pramod under their UV Creations banner and being presented by UV Krishnam Raju's Gopi Krishna Movies Private Limited, the 'Thiraiyoadu Thoorigai' song in Radhe Shyam is being billed as "The Love Anthem of the Year" and has been sung by Sid Sriram to the lyrics penned by Madhan Karky. The song is a breezy romantic number and shows Prabhas and Pooja Hegde romancing in picturesque European locations. Radhe Shyam is set in Europe during the 1970s and will see Prabhas playing a character named Vikramaditya, a fortune teller, while Pooja Hegde has been cast in the role of a princess named Prerana.

'Thiraiyoadu Thoorigai' is the second song to come out from Radhe Shyam after 'Aagoozhile' sung by Yuvan Shankar Raja and Harni Ivaturi. Expectations for the upcoming film are massive as it has Prabhas featured in a love story and is in a different direction from the action ventures he has been seen over the years. All sights are set on the Radhe Shyam trailer, which is expected to be out as the film nears its release date. Apart from Prabhas and Pooja Hegde, the film features an ensemble star cast with the likes of Sachin Khedekar, Priyadarshi, Bhagyashree, Murli Sharma, Sasha Chettri, Kunaal Roy Kapur, Sathyan among others in major supporting roles.
