Vishal, who was last seen in Chakra, has now completed a month long schedule of his upcoming film, Enemy. It is a known fact that Vishal is starring in a film titled Enemy, which is directed by Anand Shankar of Arima Nambi and Iru Mugan fame. Last month, the makers had left for Dubai to shoot some of the important sequences in the film and the schedule has now been wrapped up. The film's producer, Vinod Kumar shared this update with the fans. With the Dubai schedule getting wrapped up, the makers have almost completed the shooting of Enemy and there is just one more schedule left and it will take place in Chennai.

Sharing the pictures from the Dubai schedule, producer Vinod Kumar wrote, "30 days Abroad schedule completed. Gearing up for the final schedule in Chennai . #Enemy". The highlight aspect of Enemy is that it has actor Arya playing the antagonist and it is going to be exciting to see the face off between Vishal and Arya on the big screen. Vishal and Arya had earlier acted together in Bala's Avan Ivan and Enemy is their second outing together. The duo was supposed to act together in PS Mithran's Irumbu Thirai, but due to a few reasons, that could not happen and they have now joined hands for Enemy. Arya's recent release, Teddy, has received a fairly good response from the Tamil audience and he will be looking to continuing the momentum with Enemy as well.

Produced by Vinod Kumar under the banner of Mini Studios, Enemy has music composed by Thaman S and cinematography handled by RD Rajasekhar. The other notable members in the technical team include T Ramalingam (art direction), Raymond Derrick Crasta (editing), and Ravi Verma (stunt choreography). The film's story and screenplay are written by Shan Karuppusamy and S Ramakrishnan. The young and happening musical sensation Arivu will be writing the lyrics for the songs.

​The film features Super Deluxe fame Mirnalini Ravi as the female lead and she will be seen as the love interest of Vishal. Apart from Vishal, Arya, and Mirnalini, the film also has Prakash Raj and Mamta Mohandas playing important roles.
