Notable Hindi producer Ryan Stephen succumbed to Covid 19 and his demise has shocked everyone from the Hindi film fraternity. According to reports, Ryan Stephen was admitted to a private hospital in Goa for Covid 19 treatment and he was in treatment for the past two weeks. Earlier this morning (May 29), the Doctors declared him dead after he failed to respond to the medical treatments. Bollywood actor and director Farhan Akhtar took to his official Twitter page to mourn the demise of Ryan Stephen. Farhan tweeted, "Saddened and shocked to hear about the passing of #RyanStephen. Gone too soon .. condolences to his family. RIP".

Similarly, ace actor Manoj Bajpayee was also shocked hearing about the demise of producer Ryan Stephen. Manoj Bajpayee’s tweet read, "It’s so so shocking for all of us who knew this gentle soul .It really can’t be true!! I will miss you my friend RYAN". Actress Kiara Advani who featured in one of Ryan Stephen’s productions mourned his loss by posting, "Our dearest Ryan gone too soon".

Popular writer and director, Suparn S Varma penned a heartfelt note on the death of his friend, Ryan. "Life is cruel! But you were kind! @ryanmstephen thank you for your compassion in a ruthless world. I’m glad we undertook a journey on a few stories, the joy in writing them was because of you. You leave behind so many who loved you. Cook up a storm my friend. God bless you", tweeted Suparn.

For the unversed, Ryan Stephen is one of the producers of the Hindi comedy film, Indoo Ki Jawani, which featured Kiara Advani and Aditya Seal in the lead roles. Directed by Abir Sengupta, the film featured Mallika Dua, Rakesh Bedi, Rajesh Jais, Alka Kaushal in supporting roles. Ryan is also known for producing the widely popular Hindi short film, Devi, which had Kajol, Shruti Haasan, Neha Dhupia, in the lead roles. Ryan Stephen was also associated with director Karan Johar's Dharma Productions for a few years in the past.
