The teaser of Sibiraj's Kabadadaari has been released and it looks quite promising and well made. The film will feature Sibi Sathyaraj as a traffic police who involves himself in a crime investigation. The teaser focuses solely on the film's content and shows great intent. The film is the official Tamil remake of the Kannada film, Kavaludaari and it is going to be interesting to see the changes made for the Tamil version to suit the taste of the regional audience. Kabadadaari means, 'A Man in disguise' and the protagonist here, sets out on his mission to solve the mystery.

Sibi Sathyaraj suits the role of a cop and his makeover is neat. From the trailer, it looks like he plays an angry man throughout the film and it also gives him scope for varied emotions. The other interesting aspect of this teaser is Simon K King's background score that keeps things more grippy and intriguing. A small section of audience might feel a dejavu of listening to Ratsasan's background score, but except for the similar mood, the composition is fresh and impressive. The makers have maintained the suspense throughout the teaser and do not give away anything.

Directed by Pradeep Krishnamoorthy of Saithaan fame, Kabadadaari is produced by Dhananjayan and Lalitha Dhananjayan under the banner of Creative Entertainers & Distributors. This action thriller has cinematography by Rasamathi, editing by Praveen KL, and art direction by Videsh. Kabadadaari features an interesting star cast that includes Sibi Sathyaraj, Nandita Swetha, Nassar, Jayaprakash, Suman Ranganathan, Sampath, producer J.Sathish Kumar and director Pradeep Krishnamoorthy himself. The film's additional screenplay and dialogues have been written by Sachein director, John Mahendran, alongside producer Dhananjayan. The makers are currently busy with the final leg of post production works and the film is expected to hit the screens very soon.

Now that the theatres have reopened and new Tamil movies are going to release for Diwali, it is most likely that Kabadadaari will have a proper theatrical release. However, the release date is yet to be firmed up. For now, check out the official teaser of Sibi Sathyaraj's Kabadadaari here:
