A mighty popular household name across Tamil Nadu, actress Ramya Pandian got vaccinated against COVID-19 at the Kauvery Hospital in Chennai on Friday. The Joker actress took to her Instagram page to share a couple of pictures of her getting her coronavirus vaccination done, while also informing fans to follow the same and wear a mask to protect themselves from the infectious disease. Ramya Pandian, who had already acted in a couple of films namely Joker and Aan Devathai, made heads turn when she was announced last year to be one among the sixteen contestants on the smash hit reality show, Bigg Boss Tamil season 4. Having garnered a huge following with her antics on the show, Ramya was billed to be one of the favorites to take home the title of winner, which eventually went to actor Aari  Arjunan. Coming in as the third runner-up, Ramya made it to the Bigg Boss Tamil 4 finals and continues to be a darling among the young and the elderly alike. 

On the work front, Ramya Pandian, who was last seen in the ZEE5 web series Mugilan, has in her kitty three big upcoming projects among which include two films for Suriya's 2D Entertainment and a venture under producer C.V. Kumar's Thirukumaran Entertainment banners. Her first project under Suriya's banner had rolled into production earlier this year after a formal pooja and will see her share screen space with popular actress Vani Bhojan under debutant Arisil Moorthy's direction.
