A few days back, the entire nation was taken aback by the unexpected tragic demise of Bollywood actor Sushant Singh Rajput. The young and promising actor died by suicide on June 14 at his residence in Bandra, Mumbai. As per the reports, Sushant was suffering from depression and mental stress issues for the past few months. His death created a lot of discussion and a massive outrage among the fans on social media. Following his death, many other actors and celebrities opened up about their journey and confessed that they have even got suicidal thoughts.

On that note, music director Yuvan Shankar Raja has revealed for the first time that he had suicidal thoughts a few years back and it has shocked a lot of fans. However, he said that Islam made him overcome that feeling. Yuvan said, "I used to get suicidal thoughts before. That was my worst part. Islam has helped me to overcome it”. It can be noted that Yuvan Shankar Raja converted to Islam, a few years back. Yuvan also answered a few other interesting questions that didn't deal with cinema. Q - So what did you do in this quarantine sir?
A - Hmm did some cooking and cleaning, and dad duties.. Kept me occupied and also had a lot of time to reflect upon my life.

A - Fish curry n rice

A - I have a lot of mood swings, it's just like all of you. Sometimes happy sometimes sad for no reason, but what keeps me going is life itself.

A - Not great. Trusted a lot of ppl.... Trust is a BIG word I learnt.

Q - How do u handle failures thalaiva?
A - Failure in work is easy to handle but when it happens in life it is very hard to handle... Never lose hope and never give up.

Q - Do u believe in caste?
A - No. No human is superior to anyone. Superiority is only in piety.
