Earlier today (February 10), director Vignesh Shivan shared a new poster from his next film - Kaathuvaakula Rendu Kaadhal, and added that a new announcement will be made in the evening. As assured, the announcement has been made and the makers are ready with their first single song. Yes! The first single from Kaathuvaakula Rendu Kaadhal is all set to release on February 14, for Valentines' Day and it looks like the tradition is being followed. Music director Anirudh Ravichander and Vignesh Shivan have a practice of releasing a song for Valentines' day and that song could either be from one of their film works or an independent song.

This time, it is from Kaathuvaakula Rendu Kaadhal. The single is called ‘Rendu Kaadhal’ and it is expected to be an interesting romantic number. Anirudh and Vignesh Shivan have a super successful track record and the duo have delivered some memorable chartbusters in the past. Can the combination create the magic once again? Let us keep our fingers crossed and wait for the song to release on February 14.

The team had recently wrapped up the second schedule of the film and details regarding the further schedules are awaited. The film’s shooting had begun only a few weeks before and it is good to note that the makers have already completed two schedules. Kaathuvaakula Rendu Kaadhal features Makkal Selvan Vijay Sethupathi, lady superstar Nayanthara, and Samantha Akkineni in the lead roles and it is going to be an interesting watch. The film will have a solid opening at the box office just for its super exciting star cast and it is going to be refreshing to see all three talents together in a single film.

Kaathuvaakula Rendu Kaadhal is produced by Lalit Kumar under the banner of 7 Screen Studios, in association with Vignesh Shivan and Nayanthara’s Rowdy Pictures. On the technical side, the film will have cinematography by Vijay Kartik Kannan and editing by Sreekar Prasad.

Earlier today, Samantha had shared her excitement about acting in the film and her post had gone viral among the fans.
