Keerthy Suresh's next film with this National Award-winning director
One of the most popular stars in south India, actress Keerthy Suresh has gone on to carve a niche for herself including gaining a massive fan following over the last few years.
Having delivered a commendable performance last year in the Savitri biopic, Mahanati in Telugu and Nadigaiyar Thilagam in Tamil including starring in the blockbuster ‘Thalapathy’ Vijay starrer, Sarkar, the actress is now expanding her filmography in other languages as well.
Keerthy Suresh is at present working in the upcoming Telugu-Tamil bilingual female-centric film, Keerthy 20, under Narendra Nath’s direction with production by Mahesh S Koneru alongside Rajendra Prasad, Naresh Vijaya Krishna, Bhanushree Mehra, Kamal Kamaraju and Nadhiya in supporting roles.
Meanwhile, it has now officially been announced that Keerthy Suresh will be seen in another Telugu film opposite Aadhi Pinisetty with Jagapati Babu and Rahul Ramakrishna in vital roles to be directed by two-time National Award winner Nagesh Kukunoor under Sudheer Chandra Padiri's Worth A Shot Motion Arts banner.
Being co-produced by Shravya Varma and featuring music by Devi Sri Prasad, the upcoming project tentatively titled Production No. 1 includes cinematography by Chiranthan Das and editing by Sreekar Prasad and, will hit screens in September 2019.
It must be noted this will be the second time Keerthy Suresh and Jagapati Babu will be seen in the same film after the action entertainer, Bairavaa, in early 2017, which had 'Thalapathy' Vijay in the lead role.
Furthermore, Keerthy Suresh will soon be making her debut in Bollywood too opposite Ajay Devgn in a biopic based on Indian football coach Syed Abdul Rahim from the 1950s under Badhaai Ho fame Amit Sharma’s direction with production by Boney Kapoor’s Bayview Projects LLP banner.
