Keerthi Pandian, who made her acting debut in Tamil cinema with the jungle adventure drama, Thumbaa, is all geared up for the release of her next film. Titled as Anbirkiniyal, the film is scheduled to release this Friday, on March 5 and it is expected to strike a chord with the family audience. Anbirkiniyal is the official Tamil remake of the critically acclaimed super hit Malayalam film, Helen that featured Anna Ben in the lead role. Anbirkiniyal is a survival thriller that revolves around the life of a young girl who gets trapped inside a chicken storeroom under severe cold temperature. The problems that she faces for her survival are what the film is all about.

Helen had received a very good response from the audience and it is now time for us to check how the Tamil remake is received. Anbirkiniyal is directed by Gokul who is known for making films like Idharkuthaane Aasaipattai Balakumara, Rowthiram, and Junga. The film is produced by Keerthi Pandian's father, Arun Pandian, who has also acted in an important role. Arun Pandian will be seen playing the role of Keerthi's father and it is going to be interesting to see the real-life father - daughter together on the big screen for the first time. Ahead of the film's release, the makers have now released the video of a new song titled, 'Sanjaaram'.

This melody number is crooned by the current musical sensation Sid Sriram and this song will be a treat for his fans. 'Sanjaaram' is composed by music director Javed Riaz of Maanagaram fame and has lyrics penned by Lalithanand. The visuals of this song feature the candid romantic moments between Keerthi Pandian and her pair, Praveen. The montages are neatly shot - due credits to cinematographer Mahesh Muthuswami. The video song of 'Sanjaaram' has been released on the official YouTube channel of Think Music who owns the film's audio rights. The film is edited by Pradeep E Ragav, while the dialogues are penned by Gokul and John Mahendran.

Anbirkiniyal is touted to be an important film in Keerthi Pandian's career and let us hope that this film gives her the breakthrough. Interestingly, the film also marks the return of actor Arun Pandian who was last seen in Vijayakanth's Virudhagiri which released in 2010.
