South Indian sensation Rashmika Mandanna has risen to the top of the league in quick time after making appearances in 10 films to date. The popular actress became a major crowd puller in Kannada and Telugu films, while having garnered a massive fan following among audiences in Tamil Nadu despite not having a single Tamil release. Known prominently for her films such as Kirik Party, Geetha Govindam, Dear Comrade, Sarileru Neekevvaru and Bheeshma, Rashmika has now been recognized as the 'National Crush of India' for 2020 by search engine giant Google. 

The news of this latest recognition has Rashmika's fans around the country in a state of joy as the actress is currently working alongside some of the top stars of Telugu, Tamil and Kannada cinema. An active social media user, she is seen often interacting with fans and followers, including engaging in Q&A chat sessions, while also posting new photos and videos. Rashmika has been complimented by many, including those in the line of fashion and her choice of clothing. 

On the film front, Rashmika Mandanna will be seen making her Tamil cinema debut opposite Karthi in Sulthan, which has been directed by Remo fame Bakkiyaraj Kannan under the Dream Warrior Pictures production banner. Filming on Sulthan had wrapped up in October and the makers had recently released two posters, including one that featured the popular actress, with the film revealed to be planned for a massive theatrical release. She is also awaiting the release of her upcoming Kannada film, Pogaru, which has her playing the female lead opposite Dhruva Sarja. 

As for her upcoming projects, Rashmika is at present working alongside 'Stylish Star' Allu Arjun in the Telugu action drama Pushpa, which will reportedly see the superstar play the role of a red sandalwood smuggler. She also was recently announced to be a part of another Telugu film titled Aadaalloo Meeku Johaarlu, opposite Sharwanand. There is also a strong buzz that Rashmika will likely be paired in a film opposite Akhil Akkineni to be directed by Sye Raa Narasimha Reddy fame Surender Reddy, with an official statement still awaited.
