This lockdown period has made a lot of celebrities look back at some of their sweetest memories. Many actors and technicians have been sharing their special throwback moments on social media and it has been getting a good reception from the fans. Having said that music director A.R.Rahman took to his Instagram page to post a throwback video from one of his musical concerts. He posted a video that featured singers Sid Sriram and Benny Dayal performing with their fullest energy. Rahman shared the video and wrote, "Throwback ...Both the boys slamming in Chennai! @sidsriram @bennydayalofficial".

We see Sid Sriram and Benny Dayal performing a fun version of the song 'Adiye' from Mani Ratnam's Kadal. Both of them are at their energetic best and the fans seem to be loving it. ‘Adiye’ is one of the best works of Rahman and the song enjoys a huge fan base. Notably, it was also the debut of Sid Sriram in the music industry and there has been no look back since then. This throwback video has gone viral among the fans and has already crossed over 6.5 lakh views on Instagram.

Talking about Rahman, the legendary composer was recently seen on a live Instagram interaction with Kamal Haasan and the interaction created a huge buzz on social media. It was indeed a treat for the fans to see two legends talk and discuss about various topics. On the work front, Rahman is quite busy with various projects in his kitty. The fans got to listen to the first single from Chiyaan Vikram’s Cobra - ‘Thumbi Thullal’ recently and it got an overwhelming reception. Apart from Cobra, Rahman is working on Sivakarthikeyan’s next sci-fi thriller Ayalaan (directed by R Ravikumar), which will deal with the theme of alien invasion.

Rahman also has Mani Ratnam’s dream project, Ponniyin Selvan which has got huge expectations among the fans. Music lovers are eagerly waiting to know how the legendary composer has treated the sounds in this historical epic film. Ponniyin Selvan features Chiyaan Vikram, Jayam Ravi, Karthi, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, Trisha, Aishwarya Lekshmi, Vikram Prabhu, Ashwin Kakamanu, Jayaram, Prabhu, Sarath Kumar, Sobhita Dhulipala, and others in the star cast.

Rahman would also be composing music for the International film, No Land's Man, directed by acclaimed filmmaker Mostofa Sarwar Farooki and the film stars Nawazuddin Siddiqui and Australian theatre actor Megan Mitchell in the lead roles.
