Suriya's Soorarai Pottru is one of the most expected films of this year which is scheduled for a grand digital release on October 30. The film will stream on Amazon Prime Video and it is going to be the first major big league Tamil film to skip the theatrical release amidst the pandemic. The film which is directed by Sudha Kongara of Irudhi Suttru fame, is based on the life story of Air Deccan founder, Captain GR Gopinath. The film is just 20 days away from release and the fans are super excitedly waiting to see the film. Soorarai Pottru is expected to be an important film for Suriya and it has also shown great promise in showcasng the Vaaranam Aayiram actor in a different dimension.

This making video, which is titled 'From Script to Screen', tells us how Soorarai Pottru began and the entire process of filming. The makers have also used the help of some people from Madurai to monitor the dialect and modulation of Suriya's dialogues.
