Actor Arulnithi is celebrating his birthday today (July 21) and wishes have been pouring in from all quarters for the talented actor. Marking the special occasion of his birthday, the title and title look poster of his next film has been unveiled. This new film, which happens to be Arulnithi’s 14th film as an actor, is titled Diary. Acclaimed director Vetri Maaran released the title look poster on his official social media page. Vetri Maaran shared the poster and wrote, "Best Wishes to the man who had the confidence to produce my first film, Kathiresan Sir, Arulnithi, Innasi Pandiyan and the whole team of #Diary to have a grand success".

This new film is directed by debutant Innasi Pandiyan, a former associate to directors Arivazhagan (Eeram, Kuttram 23 fame) and Ajay Gnanamuthu. The poster looks very interesting and creates a curiosity among the audience. Maya and Game Over fame Ron Ethan Yohann is assigned to compose the music for this film which has cinematography by Aravinnd Singh and editing by Raja Sethupathy. Producer S Kathiresan who has bankrolled notable hit films like Polladhavan, Aadukalam, and Jigarthanda, has produced Diary for his banner Five Star Creations LLP.

Diary is said to be a thriller set in Ooty and reportedly, this film is based on a real life incident. Arulnithi, who is known for selecting sensible and promising subjects, is believed to continue the success formula with Diary as well. Arulnithi’s love for the thriller genre continues and let us hope that this new film turns out to be a success at the box office.

Apart from Diary, Arulnithi has Kalathil Sandhippom, which is waiting for release. Arulnithi has shared screen space with Jiiva in this friendship based action drama that features Manjima Mohan and Priya Bhavanishankar as the female leads. Directed by N Rajasekhar, this film is produced by R.B.Choudary’s Super Good Films and has music scored by Yuvan Shankar Raja.
