Aadhavan turns Ghatikudu in Telugu
After�two consecutive hits Vaaranam Aayiram (Suriya s/o Krishnan in Telugu) and Ayan (Veedokkade in Telugu), versatile and successful actor Suriya is now getting ready with his next film Aadhavan, being directed by K.S. Ravikumar with Nayantara as heroine. In a latest development, we hear that the Telugu version of Aadhavan has been titled Ghatikudu.
Produced by Udhayanidhi Stalin under the banner of Red Giant Movies with a whopping budget of Rs. 42 crores, Aadhavan recently had its climax scenes shot in Kolkata under the supervision of a French stunt choreographer and 25 specially-trained fighters.
A story of a huge joint family, the film marks the comeback of yesteryears beauty Saroja Devi.�It also has Murali, Pepsi Vijayan, Ramesh Khanna, Sayaji Shinde, Rahul Dev, Anand Babu and Manobala in the cast.
The story is by N.S. Ramesh Khanna. Cinematography is by Ra. Ganesh; the art director is Rajeevan, editing is by Don Max and stunts are by Kanal Kannan. The film is co-produced by M. Senbagamurthy and R. Arjun Dorai.
