The fourth season of Bigg Boss 4 Telugu began last week amidst huge expectations and 16 contestants entered the house in style. The housemates completed the first week inside the house and it was also time for the first eviction as well. Popular Tollywood director Surya Kiran who has made films like Satyam, Dhana 51, Raju Bhai, Brahmastram, was the first person to get evicted from the show. The eviction happened in last night’s (September 13) episode and his exit has not created any controversies. However, the other housemates indeed felt emotional about the eviction of Surya Kiran.

Seven contestants were nominated for the eviction process in the first week and among those, it was director Surya Kiran who had to make his way out with less number of votes from the public. The show's host Nagarjuna Akkineni cited over interference in a lot of topics as one of the reasons for Surya Kiran’s eviction. After coming out of the house, Surya Kiran was asked to associate each contestant’s character to an animal and it was an interesting episode. Surya Kiran is the brother of popular Tamil serial actress, Sujitha Dhanush.

Notably, the housemates will see a new contestant entering the house in today's (September 14) episode. It will be actor Kumar Sai who rose to fame with his performance in the 2012 comedy entertainer, Ee Rojullo, who will be entering the house tonight and the housemates are in for an exciting surprise. More wildcard entrants are slated to enter the house in the coming weeks. The remaining contestants inside the house include Monal Gajjar, Lasya Manjunath, Abijeet Duddala, Sujatha, Mehaboob Dilse, Devi Nagavalli, Harika, Syed Sohel, Ariyana Glory, Amma Rajasekhar, Karate Kalyani, Noel Sean, Divi, Akhil Sarthak and Gangavva. The show has got a record viewership and has turned out to be a great source of entertainment for the people of Andhra Pradesh and Telangana amidst the pandemic.

The show is being aired regularly from Monday to Friday at 9.30 PM. On weekends that feature Nagarjuna Akkineni, the episode airs at 9.00 PM. The next set of contestants who would be in the process of eviction would be known by today and the fans are eagerly waiting for tonight’s episode. The coming weeks are surely going to be exciting and the Telugu audience are going to witness a lot of surprising twists and turns.
