Being prepped for a massive release on December 21, Dhanush’s Maari 2 is coming out with huge expectations considering the 2015 original, Maari, went on to become a smash success. Directed by Balaji Mohan under the Wunderbar Films banner with music by Yuvan Shankar Raja, the upcoming sequel includes Robo Shankar and Kalloori Vinoth reprise their roles with Sai Pallavi, Varalaxmi Sarathkumar, Tovino Thomas, Krishna Kulasekaran coming on board as new cast members.
Post the release of the “Rowdy Baby” single track and the film’s trailer, the excitement among Dhanush fans has only skyrocketed with reports now stating the Karnataka theatrical rights for Maari 2 have been acquired by Goldie Films for a handsome price.
The anticipation for Maari 2 is only scaling with the passage of each with the tremendously growing response to the film’s trailer as well as the “Rowdy Baby” single track being a testimony.
