In a tragic incident, Telugu hero Kiran Abbavaram’s brother, Ramanjulu Reddy died in a road accident on Wednesday, December 1 morning. The news has been confirmed by a spokesperson for the family, who released a statement that is as follow: "Hero Abbavaram Kiran’s brother Ramanjulu Reddy died in a road accident at Chennur (Kadapa) today (Wednesday). Abbavaram Ramanjulu Reddy hails from Dudyala village in Sambepalle zone." The accident had taken place in the wee hours earlier today, with Ramanjulu succumbing to his injuries. The news of Ramanjulu's death has come as a massive shock to Kiran Abbavaram and his family, who have been left devastated by the dreadful incident. More details on the accident are awaited. 

Kiran Abbavaram completed his B. Tech and acted in a few short films and YouTube features before making a transition to pursuing bigger roles in cinema and left his career in the software industry. He made his acting debut in the Telugu film industry in the 2019 film Raja Vaaru Rani Gaaru and played the hero once again in SR Kalyanamandapam released in 2021. SR Kalyanamandapam saw Kiran sharing screen space alongside youth sensation Priyanka Jawalkar, with the film directed by Sridhar Gade under the Elite Entertainments banner receiving a mixed response despite praise for its story. The news of Kiran Abbavaram’s brother Ramanjulu Reddy passing away has come after another big name Telugu celebrity, Sai Dharam Tej, got involved in an accident earlier this year, but has since made a recovery. Sai Dharam Tej, who has starred as the hero in several big Telugu films, had met with a bike accident in September and had returned home from hospital on October 15.
