Chandramukhi 2 is a sequel to the Blockbuster hit film Chandramukhi, which had ‘Superstar Rajinikanth in the lead role. The film, helmed by veteran director P. Vasu, has Raghava Lawrence sharing screen space with Bollywood actress Kangana Ranaut. The production house bank-rolling the film, Lyca Productions, shared an interesting update about the film. They have revealed that a first-look glimpse of the film featuring the character Vettaiyan, played by Raghava Lawrence, will be revealed tomorrow. They have shared the update with a new poster that has gone viral on social media. The poster shared by the makers shows a back shot of a royal dressed in armour holding a glowing sword.

Lyca Productions had earlier teased that Raghava Lawrence would reprise the role of Vettaiyan, which was played by ‘Superstar; Rajinikanth in Chandramukhi. This new poster shared by the makers shows an exciting glimpse of the character and will be shared at 10 a.m. tomorrow. Chandramukhi 2 team recently shared a video that showed actor 'Vaigai Puyal' Vadivelu completed dubbing for his portions of the film. It hinted that the actor will also reprise his role as Murugesan in the film and that the post-production process is in full swing.
Chandramukhi 2 is helmed by director P. Vasu, who also directed the first part of the film. It will also have music by Oscar-winning composer M.M. Keeravani. The film also has a huge cast that includes Raghava Lawrence, Bollywood actress Kangana Ranaut, trendsetting comedian 'Vaigai Puyal' Vadivelu, popular actress Lakshmi Menon, Cook With Comali fame Shrushti Dange, Mahima Nambiar, Radikaa Sarath Kumar, Suresh Menon, Ravi Maria, and others in important roles. The film will is touted to be an intriguing horror comedy. It is to be released in theatres for Vinayagar Chaturthi in five languages, including Tamil, Telugu, Hindi, Malayalam, and Kannada.
