One film that is carrying tremendous levels of excitement, Kaathuvaakula Rendu Kaadhal, directed by Vignesh Shivan will see National Award-winning actor 'Makkal Selvan' Vijay Sethupathi alongside two of the biggest names in South Indian cinema - Nayanthara and Samantha Ruth Prabhu. Produced by Lalit Kumar’s 7 Screen Studio in association with Vignesh Shivan and Nayanthara's Rowdy Pictures banner, the upcoming rom-com also has music by 'Rockstar' Anirudh Ravichander, who is one other major USP, with his songs already turning out to be chart-busters. That being said, the makers on Thursday released a glimpse of the much-awaited 'Two Two Two' song from Kaathuvaakula Rendu Kaadhal, which is featured on the lead trio - Vijay Sethupathi, Nayanthara, and Samantha, and are seen shaking their legs and tapping their feet to the Anirudh’s electrifying music.

The 'Two Two Two' song first released last September has since gone on to become a raging chart-buster among the youth and children and features vocals by Anirudh, who is joined by Sunidhi Chauhan and Sanjana Kalmanje, with lyrics written by Vignesh Shivan. Kaathuvaakula Rendu Kaadhal is a landmark film for Anirudh as it is the 25th venture he boarded as a music director and has once again delivered a smash hit album, with the 'Two Two Two' track hitting the high note followed by the melodious 'Rendu Kaadhal' and 'Naan Pizhai' songs.
Expectations for Kaathuvaakula Rendu Kaadhal are massive as it is the second film together for Vijay Sethupathi and Nayanthara under Vignesh Shivan’s direction after their 2015 box office blockbuster Naanum Rowdydhaan. The makers have so far revealed that Vijay Sethupathi's character name in KRK will be called Rambo, while Nayanthara is Kanmani and Samantha is Khatija, with acclaimed veteran actor Prabhu, followed by Doctor sensation Redin Kingsley, Lollu Sabha Maran, including former cricketer S. Sreesanth set to appear in pivotal roles. Udhayanidhi Stalin's Red Giant Movies is distributing Kaathuvaakula Rendu Kaadhal, which will open in theatres on April 28.
