The shooting of the film was wrapped up recently and the pictures from the shooting spot made good rounds on social media. Kaathuvaakula Rendu Kaadhal is slated to hit the screens on April 28 and it is expected to perform really well at the box office, considering the positive buzz surrounding the movie. The Tamil Nadu theatrical rights of the film is acquired by Udhayanidhi Stalin's Red Giant Movies, who will make sure that the film gets a massive release across the state.

The Kerala theatrical distribution rights of Kaathuvaakula Rendu Kaadhal has been snapped by Iffaar Media who will be distributing the film on a wide range of screens through Dream Big Films. Iffaar Media is a prominent Malayalam film production house owned by Raaffi Mathirra. Kaathuvaakula Rendu Kaadhal features Samantha and Nayanthara as the female leads and the colourful star cast is going to lead the film from the front.
