Kamal Haasan's Vikram is currently the talk of the town and everyone has been raving about the film on social media. The film released in theatres on June 3, Friday, amidst huge expectations and there, has been no look back at all. The film has opened to an overwhelming response from the critics and general audiences and Vikram brought back the Kamal Haasan we all loved, in his best form. Director Lokesh Kanagaraj delivered a perfect fanboy film and he created a world that had some massively exciting characters including the likes of Amar, Sandhanam, Rolex, Agent Tina, Uppiliappan, Bejoy, Prabhanjan, and others.

As a result of the positive reviews, Vikram has been performing exceedingly well at the box office and it has already been declared as one of the biggest blockbusters of this year. That being said, director Lokesh Kanagaraj has now shared a heartfelt statement thanking the audience for their extensive support in making Vikram a huge success. Lokesh Kanagaraj tweeted, "I haven’t been this emotional ever. The acceptance u’ve showed #Vikram and me has been so overwhelming. I don’t know how i’m gonna repay you guys for all this love. Ever grateful to @ikamalhaasan sir and my amazing people. So moved. Love you all 🙏🏻 🙏🏻 🙏🏻".
