Bigg Boss Tamil season 7 continues to be the big topic of discussion among Tamil audiences even after Pradeep Antony's eviction, with the remaining contestants being asked to participate in a task where they would have to explain the reason for their comments. One such comment that was brought to the spotlight during Wednesday's Bigg Boss Tamil season 7 episode was by Nixen, whose statement about evicted contestant Vinusha Devi was displayed on the screen. He had claimed that Vinusha looked like a maid inside the house stating that she was not his type. He also added that he liked women who were shapely citing that she wasn't of the right proportion. Nixen also stated that he liked Poornima while saying that she was like a sister to him. Upon the comments being displayed on the TV screen, a few contestants, including Vichithra were flabbergasted and questioned Nixen, who explained saying that he didn't have any bad intentions saying that Vinusha was well aware of what he said.

In response, Vinusha addressed the issue on Instagram Wednesday night in a detailed write-up and said that she's standing up for herself even if she's not inside the Bigg Boss 7 house at present. She stated that she had a good rapport with Nixen during the first week she was on the show but realized that he began crossing boundaries at the latter stages even after he trolled her in the beginning. Vinusha then informed that Nixen's actions were hurtful in nature at one point after which she nominated him for eviction.

Vinusha also made it clear that Nixen's apology doesn't make him a good person while slamming the "bully gang" for objectifying her stating that it is "not fun or a joke" to her. She further raised the question of where all the feminists were who raised the "urimai kural" last week citing Pradeep's eviction and showered her praise on Vichithra for standing up for her during the latest Bigg Boss 7 episode. Vinusha concluded her statement by saying that she had lost all respect for Nixen after seeing the video and his comments and expressed her hope for Bigg Boss Tamil host Kamal Haasan to address the issue in the coming weekend episode.

Vinusha's statement is as follows:

"#STANDINGFORMYSELF I MIGHT NOT BE INSIDE THE BIGG BOSS RIGHTNOW BUT I REALLY WANTED TO ADDRESS THIS AND STAND FOR MYSELF.

DURING THE FIRST WEEK, NIXEN AND I HAD A GOOD RAPPORT, AND I GENUINELY CONSIDERED HIM AS A BROTHER. I BEHAVED WITH HIM IN THAT MANNER, AND INITIALLY, I DIDN'T MIND WHEN HE STARTED TROLLING ME, THINKING IT WAS ALL IN GOOD FUN. HOWEVER, AS TIME WENT ON, HE BEGAN CROSSING BOUNDARIES, AND I HAD TO ASK HIM TO STOP BECAUSE HIS ACTIONS WERE HURTING ME. I EVEN NOMINATED HIM FOR THIS BEHAVIOR. ONE DAY, HE APOLOGIZED, BUT IT WAS ONLY FOR THE TROLLING, NOT THE BODY-SHAMING COMMENT HE HAD MADE.

POINTING OUT CLEARLY

1. NIXEN DIDNT APOLOGISE OR TALKED ABOUT BODY-SHAMED ME WHEN I WAS INSIDE THE BIGG BOSS HOUSE.

2. NIXEN IS GIVING A FALSE NOTE THAT HE TOLD ME AND I KNOW ALL THESE. "NO I DONT KNOW".

3. I ONLY FOUND OUT ABOUT IT AFTER LEAVING THE BIGG BOSS HOUSE.

4. EVEN IF NIXEN APOLOGISE NOW THAT DOESN'T MAKE NIXEN A GOOD PERSON.

5. MY REPLY TO BULLY GANG "OBJECTIFYING ME IS DEFINITELY NOT FUN OR JOKE TO ME".

6. WHERE ARE THOSE FEMINIST WHO RAISED "URIMAI KURAL" IN LAST WEEK ?

THANKS VICHU MA FOR RAISING FOR ME❤️

I USED TO HOLD A LOT OF RESPECT FOR NIXEN WHILE IN THE HOUSE AND CONSIDERED HIM LIKE A BROTHER, DESPITE THE PAIN HE CAUSED ME. HOWEVER, AFTER SEEING THE VIDEO AND THE COMMENT HE MADE ABOUT ME, I'VE LOST ALL RESPECT FOR HIM.

I HOPE KAMAL SIR ADDRESSES THIS ISSUE IN THE WEEKEND EPISODE.

I REALLY THANK FOR THE PEOPLE WHO ARE AGAINST NIXEN ABOUT THIS ISSUE AND STANDING FOR ME 🙏🏾
