We have officially entered the week where one of the most anticipated films of 2019, Suriya's NGK under Selvaraghavan’s direction will finally be hitting screens worldwide this Friday on May 31. A long awaited film, the action political drama produced by Dream Warrior Pictures banner has been kicked off production in 2016 and has been one of the most awaited ventures among fans sincce then.
Presented by Reliance Entertainment, NGK also stars Sai Pallavi and Rakul Preet Singh as the female leads, Telugu actor Jagapati Babu as the antagonist and Bala Singh, Ponvannan, Thalaivasal Vijay, Vela Ramamoorthy among others in vital roles with music by composer Yuvan Shankar Raja.

Meanwhile, the censor report for NGK with details regarding the curse words that have been muted can be seen below and shows 5 instances where the CBFC have implemented the action. Furthermore, the film’s runtime has been revealed to be as 148 minutes, which comes to around 2 hours and 28 minutes and is quite ideal for any commercial potboiler.
It must be noted that the hype surrounding NGK is massive especially after the release of the film’s thunderous trailer a few days back. Selvaraghavan’s latest venture has also received a positive push from the censor board after it was awarded with a ‘U’ certificate ensuring people across all ages can watch in theatres.
