Dhanush's upcoming venture Maari 2 directed by Balaji Mohan is touted for a big release on December 21st. Maari 2 stars Krishna, Sai Pallavi, Varalaxmi Sarathkumar, Tovino Thomas and Robo Shankar in Important roles and has music by Yuvan Shankar Raja.
Following the First Look posters of Dhanush, Sai Pallavi, Krishna, and Tovino Thomas the team has released another poster from the movie featuring Varalaxmi Sarathkumar. Form the poster it is revealed that the talented actress will be playing the role named Vijaya who is a government official. She will be playing as the Joint Secretary f the State Department of Law and Judiciary.
The characters seem to be a powerful one and might hold an important part in the context of the film. Notably, Varalaxmi played a similar solid role in the recently released Sarkar opposite Thalapathy Vijay and even the costumes have a similar style. With that said, fans can expect yet another notable performance from the actress.
