Dhanush is on a roll with his upcoming film lineup, especially after the actor on Thursday announced the titles for his bilingual venture - Vaathi in Tamil and Sir in Telugu - to be directed by Tholi Prema and Rang De fame Venky Atluri's direction under the Sithara Entertainments banner. The Asuran actor is now awaiting the release of his Maaran directed by Karthick Naren, followed by Sun Pictures' Thiruchitrambalam, which marks his reunion with composer Anirudh Ravichander and director Mithran R. Jawahar. At present, Dhanush is shooting for his Naane Varuven, which has him teaming up with brother Selvaraghavan after a decade when they worked in Mayakkam Enna. The Jagame Thandhiram actor is also set to make his Hollywood debut in The Gray Man alongside global superstars Ryan Gosling and Chris Evans, with the Netflix action thriller being planned for a 2022 release. Dhanush's in-development ventures also include a project with Ratsasan director Ramkumar, which has been announced to be a Sathya Jyothi Films production venture, and another film with Mari Selvaraj after the blockbuster success of their Karnan earlier this year.
