One of the most popular Indian celebrities in the world, Sunny Leone's name has been doing the rounds as being attached to a spy thriller film titled Helen in which she was said to be essaying the role of a lawyer under Saurabh Choudhary's direction. With reports stating the film would be shot across various locations in Mumbai and Mauritius, the superstar has now issued a statement denying her involvement with the project anymore as it had gotten shelved three years back.

Sunny Leone went on to further clarify stating her agreement to star in the film was for one year, which had subsequently expired and also urged the concerned media outlet to double check the facts that they write.
As for her other projects in development, Sunny Leone will soon be making her acting debut in Tamil cinema in a full-length role in the period war film, Veeramadevi, being directed by V.C. Vadivudaiyan. She will also introduced in Malayalam cinema as well in a film titled Rangeela under Santosh Nair’s direction being produced by Jayalal Menon’s Backwater Studios banner. The actress was last seen tapping her feet to the smash hit song, "Moha Mundiri", in Mammootty’s recently released, Madhura Raja.
