The film Parijatha that stars Diganth and Aindrita Ray in the lead roles releases today. Parijatha is a Kannada remake of the Tamil film Boss Engira Bhaskaran which starred Arya and Nayanthara in lead roles.
Parijatha is a romantic comedy. Sharan performs the comedy track in the film. The comedy track was performed by Santhanam in the original.
Prabhu Srinivas has directed the film, while Paramesh and Prem have produced it. Mano Murthy has scored the music of the film. The songs of the film have been a hit already.
Music director Mano Murthy said that he was very much pleased when he watched it during re-recording of the film. He also said that the onscreen chemistry between Diganth and Aindrita was awesome in the film.
