A lot of lives have been lost due to the deadly Coronavirus and it has affected the daily livelihood of people all over the world. Having said that, Kamal Haasan’s younger daughter and actress Akshara Haasan has lost someone very close to her, on professional grounds. Akshara took to her Instagram page to post a story informing about the demise of her make-up man who died due to Covid-19. Akshara’s social media post read, “During this pandemic we have lost so many beautiful lives which has made me have a heavy heart. Today I am writing this post with a heavier heart as my brother Sachin Dada, who has been my make up artist since Shamitabh has passed away due to COVID.

He was the most happiest, positive bubble of joy, a person I could play pranks with and play pranks on, he was a talented man. Most of all, he has been a great friend to me and his colleagues, an amazing father to his two sons and an amazing husband to his wife. May his family be healthy and may Dada find peace where ever he is." Going by Akshara's heartfelt statement, it looks like Sachin Dada's loss has been very person to her.

After working as an assistant director in the industry, Akshara Haasan ventured into acting with director Balki's Hindi film, Shamitabh, that starred Amitabh Bachchan and Dhanush in the lead roles. Akshara's performance as Akshara Pandey earned positive reviews from the critics. She made her Tamil debut with Ajith Kumar's Vivegam, directed by Siva. She later acted in Chiyaan Vikram starrer Kadaram Kondan, produced by Kamal Haasan and the Tamil web series, Fingertip.

Up next, she would be seen playing one of the leads in the Arun Vijay - Vijay Antony starrer Agni Siragugal, directed by Naveen of Moodar Koodam fame. Akshara will be seen playing the role of Viji and she will mostly travel with Vijay Antony in the film.
