Upendra is all to make the sequel to his hit film Upendra, released in 1999. The film is said to be produced under his home banner, which is headed by his wife Priyanka.
The actor has finished the script and is on the lookout for a female lead. But now, reports claim the production work has been stopped for a while. Upendra will soon make an official announcement, once the film's shoot starts.
