The audio of Suriya's 24, composed by Oscar winner AR Rahman, was launched in Sathyam Cinemas today. Veteran actor Sivakumar was the guest honour and also present at the occasion was AR Rahman, Karthi, Suriya and Nithya Menen.
The most thrilling moment was when the Mozart of Madras performed the song live along with his team on stage. Interestingly, actress Nithya Menen performed the Telugu version on 'Aararo' and the Tamil version was crooned by Shakthi Sree Gopalan.
For the first time Suriya will be seen in triple roles in this sci-thriller directed by Vikram Kumar. Veteran actress Saranya revealed that the film will have a strong mother-son bonding and she was moved to tears while dubbing for her portions. Suriya's brother Karthi talked about his admiration for actor Suriya; also added that he has excelled as a hero and a villain. Producer Dhananjayan compared Suriya with Kamal Haasan and also said that both have taken the same path.
One of the most awaited films in recent times, the Telugu audio launch will take place in Hyderabad today evening. The film is likely to be a summer treat.
