The buzz around Rajinikanth’s magnum opus, 2.0, directed by Shankar has been sky-high since the day of its commencement.
Produced under the Lyca Productions banner, 2.0 also stars Akshay Kumar and Amy Jackson with A. R. Rahman scoring the music.
So far, two songs and two making videos of the film have been released for fans and the wait for more promotional material from the film has been highly anticipated.
Meanwhile, actor Karthi has confirmed that a teaser or a short promo video for 2.0 will be unveiled at the Natchathira Vizha event in Malaysia on January 6.
As Rajinikanth, Kamal Haasan and a wide range of stars from the Tamil film industry will be present on the big day, the 2.0 team will most likely want to capitalize on kick-starting the promotions of the film at the Natchathira Vizha event.
Slated for an April 14 release date, 2.0 is being billed as Asia’s costliest film till date with a budget estimated to be at around 400 crores.
