For director Vikram Kumar, experimentation is not something new. Be his horror thriller Yaavarum Nalam or the melodious Ishtam or the enthralling Manam, he is one director who can never be stereotyped. He believes in expanding his horizons and we are sure he is on the right path. His next release is 24 with Suriya in the lead. This time, he has tried his hands on time travel. "A movie dealing with time travel is not new. But this movie is about my perspective of this genre, and unlike what usually happens in such movies, I have kept the narrative very simple, so that anyone from the ages of six, right up to sixty can enjoy the movie, in which, a gadget actually plays an important role," he was quoted saying to a leading daily.
