'Thalapathy' Vijay's Beast is all set to open in theatres worldwide on April 13 and the pre-release formalities are currently progressing at a brisk pace. Touted to be a mass action entertainer, the upcoming film directed by Nelson Dilipkumar and produced by Sun Pictures has also been announced to be coming out in Telugu, Malayalam, Hindi, and Kannada languages apart from the Tamil version. In that light, the blockbuster production banner revealed on Saturday that Beast , which has been censored 'U/A' will be coming in Hindi under the title RAW

As of now, no reason has been given for the title change in Beast's Hindi version, with speculations that Vijay could be playing the role of a spy or a staff in the Research and Analysis Wing (RAW), which is the foreign intelligence agency of India. Up until now, details on the superstar's role in the film have been under tight wraps, with speculations a while back doing the rounds on social media that he could be appearing as an army man or a special undercover agent. The title change for Beast’s Hindi version will no doubt leave fans wondering more about Vijay's role and the film's story as well in general.

The Beast pan-Indian release announcement from Sun Pictures also came along with a special poster that gave a small glimpse into a crucial plot point as had been reported a while back. For a while now, it has been stated that a majority of the film's story is set inside a shopping mall and the new poster has now officially confirmed the scenario. All sights are now set on the Beast teaser / trailer, which is expected to come out in the days ahead. Apart from Vijay, the upcoming film also stars youth sensation Pooja Hegde as the female lead, with ace filmmaker Selvaraghavan cast in a crucial role alongside VTV Ganesh, Redin Kingsley, Lilliput Faruqui, and Malayalam actors Shine Tom Chacko and Aparna Das among others, with Anirudh Ravichander composing the songs and the background score.
