Thalapathy Vijay's Beast is set to hit the screens on April 13 and the fans are eagerly looking forward to witnessing the movie on the big screens. Following the stupendous box office success of Master, Vijay is back in the game with Beast and the film has got high expectations. The film has been censored with a U/A certificate, following the pattern of Vijay's recent set of films. Beast will release a day before KGF 2 and this will give a film a better advantage of taking a grand opening. Meanwhile, the makers made a new announcement regarding the release of Beast yesterday (March 22) and the update has served as a delightful treat for fans.

Udhayanidhi Stalin's Red Giant Movies has acquired the Tamil Nadu theatrical rights of Beast and will be presenting the film all over the state. The presence of Red Giant Movies will now make the film get a bigger and wider release on a record number of screens. Red Giant Movies was recently involved in the distribution of films like Aranmanai 3, FIR, Etharkkum Thunindhavan, Radhe Shyam, and Beast will now follow suit. Beast has got a huge buzz on social media, thanks to the phenomenal success of the first two songs - 'Arabic Kuthu' and 'Jolly O Gymkhana'. Both the songs have managed to strike a chord with the audience, having a fun vibe to them.

We can expect Vijay to set the screens on fire with his electrifying screen presence and energetic dance moves in these songs. Produced by Sun Pictures on a grand scale, the film has music composed by Anirudh Ravichander and cinematography handled by Manoj Paramahamsa. Pooja Hegde plays the female lead in this action entertainer that is helmed by Nelson Dilipkumar. Acclaimed filmmaker Selvaraghavan will be seen playing a pivotal character, while VTV Ganesh, Shine Tom Chacko, Yogi Babu, Aparna Das, Sunil, and others are also a part of the star cast.
