Lola VFX earned acclaim for their groundbreaking work in celebrated Hollywood blockbusters like the Russo Brothers' Avengers: Endgame (Marvel Studios) and Martin Scorsese's The Irishman (Netflix). The award-winning visual effects company had worked on making Chris Evans a nonagenarian in Avengers: Endgame, while also handling the digital de-aging process to make Robert De Niro, Al Pacino, and Joe Pesci look decades younger in The Irishman. With leading names in the VFX industry working on the visual effects of Kamal Haasan's Indian 2, we can expect Shankar to leave no stone in scaling new heights in making the iconic actor look younger akin to his look as Senapathy in Indian (1996).
Jointly being produced by Lyca Productions and Red Giant Movies banners, Indian 2 will see Kamal Haasan sharing screen space alongside an ensemble star cast that includes Kajal Aggarwal, Siddharth, Rakul Preet Singh, Bobby Simha, and late actors Vivek and Manobala, while veterans Delhi Ganesh, Gulshan Grover, and former cricketer Yograj Singh (Yuvraj Singh's father) will also be seen in key roles. 'Rockstar' Anirudh Ravichander is composing the songs and the background score in Indian 2 and he is expected to come out with all guns blazing once again after delivering chart-topping hits and a thunderous soundtrack in Kamal Haasan's Vikram (2022).
