Tamil Cinema has been long known for its great music albums and the impact it has on its audience. There have been many wonderful albums churned out during the years that have made a lasting impression on their viewers. While some have been composed by not-so-famous musicians, some have been composed by renowned music composers who are very loved among the masses.

Earlier today, director Selvaraghavan stepped forward and shared his favorite music album of all time. Of all the albums made, he said the music album of Mani Ratnam's Ponniyin Selvan made my Isaipuyal A. R. Rahman without a doubt takes the top spot of the best music album in his experience. He took to his official Twitter handle to announce this to his many fans and followers. He wrote, "The best music album in my experience is with out doubt @arrahman and #maniratnam sir’s ponniyin Selvan ! The attention to detail in even the minutest sounds is astounding! ". Check it out:

It is not surprising for the ace director to have fallen in love with Ponniyin Selvan's album as it surely is a chartbuster. It songs and sountracks are still being religiously listened to. A. R. Rahman's soothing voice in the song 'Ponni Nadhi' is something that fans cannot get over. His powerful song 'Chola Chola', the dark 'Devaralan Aattam', and a fusion of the two genres that gives 'Ratchasa Maamaney' are just absolutely delightful to listen to.
