Kamal Hassan's Sabash Naidu was put on the back burner after the actor-filmmaker fractured his leg in a mishap. On his way to a rapid recovery, now it looks like the team is ready to roll again. The shooting is likely to be resumed from Dec 15 in Vizag. Rumoured to be based on the spy-thriller Johnny English, the film has Bramanandam as Naidu's sidekick, Shruti Haasan as his daughter and Ramya Krishnan as wife. Bankrolled by Lyca, the film is shot simultaneously in Tamil, Telugu, and Hindi.
