Kamal Haasan's Vikram is getting ready for its release on June 3 and the fans have pinned high hopes on the project as it marks the legendary actor's return as an actor after 3.5 years. The film has now got a big boost as Udhayanidhi Stalin's Red Giant Movies has signed the deal to release Vikram throughout Tamil Nadu. The deal seems to have been locked recently and this gives an assurance that Vikram will have a wide release on a record number of screens across the state. The official update was shared through a tweet from Red Giant Movies that read, "Red Giant Movies is delighted to associate with #Ulaganayagan @ikamalhaasan for the Tamil Nadu Theatrical distribution of #Vikram #VikramFromJune3 #Aarambikalangala".

This update has garnered wide attention in the trade circle, making people look forward to the movie's release. Red Giant Movies has already acquired the TN theatrical distribution rights of movies like Beast, Kaathuvaakula Rendu Kaadhal, Don, and now Vikram has been added to the list. Vikram is loaded with action and is expected to be a visual treat for the fans. The film features Makkal Selvan Vijay Sethupathi and Fahadh Faasil as the other leads and it is going to be exciting to witness the three powerhouse performers together in one single film.

The stellar trio is definitely going to be the USP of Vikram and adding more colour to the film is the presence of other talented actors like Narain, Kalidas Jayaram, Super Deluxe fame Gayathrie, and others. The shooting of Vikram has been wrapped up and the makers are currently focussing on the post production works which are happening in full swing. Produced by Raaj Kamal Films International, Vikram is directed by the highly promising Lokesh Kanagaraj. Anirudh Ravichander scores music for this action saga that has cinematography by Girish Gangadharan and editing by Philomin Raj.
