Riteish Deshmukh will be taking his acting prowess to the OTT space by making his digital film debut with Netflix's Plan A Plan B. The film featuring Tamannaah Bhatia in the female lead evidently is a romantic comedy film that gets into the relationship between two different mood characters - a divorce lawyer and a matchmaker. The main question is whether they will make it or break it.
The teaser of Plan A Plan B has been released earlier today (August 29) and sees these two characters at two extreme ends of the spectrum coming together to try and make ends meet. Ritesh will be seen playing the role of Kaustubh Chougule, the lawyer of divorce cases, while Tamannaah will be taking on the character of Nirali Vora, the matchmaker of marriages. Plan A Plan B has been directed by Shashanka Ghosh of Khoobsurat and Veere Di Wedding fame and is all set and ready to be released on September 30.
Meanwhile, on the work, Riteish was recently seen making a cameo appearance in Ek Villain Returns this year starring Arjun Kapoor, John Abraham, Tara Sutaria, and Disha Patani. He was last seen in the 2020 action thriller film Baaghi 3 in which he was in the parallel lead role with Tiger Shroff. Tamannaah, on the other hand, was last seen in F3 and has a slew of other projects in her kitty.
She has completed filming and is currently awaiting the release of Gurthunda Seethakalam, Babli Bouncer, and Bole Chudiyan. She is now filming for the Telugu film Bhola Shankar in which she will be sharing the screen with Megastar Chiranjeevi and Keerthy Suresh. She will also be seen in the film That Is Mahalakshmi for which filming has been delayed. It is the official Telugu remake of the 2014 comedy-drama film Queen starring Kangana Ranaut.
