Producer Xavier Britto tasted blockbuster box office success with the 'Thalapathy' Vijay and 'Makkal Selvan' Vijay Sethupathi-starrer Master in 2021 under his XB Film Creators banner. Post the release of the Lokesh Kanagaraj directorial, Britto flagged off a new banner called Esthell Entertainer by announcing its debut film titled Azhagiya Kanne starring popular pattimandram anchor Dindigul I. Leoni's son Leo Sivakumar and Soodhu Kavvum heroine Sanchita Shetty as the female lead. In that light, the next production venture under the Esthell Entertainer banner has been announced and is titled Vasuvin Garbinigal and will star reputed television anchor, Gopinath Chandran of Vijay TV's Neeya Naana fame in the lead role, with composer turned actor Vijay Antony unveiling the first look on Sunday. 

Vasuvin Garbinigal is written and directed by Mani Nagraj, best known for his Pencil with G. V. Prakash Kumar and Sri Divya, and will also feature Yennai Arindhaal and Viswasam fame Anikha Surendran, Bigg Boss 3 star Vanitha Vijayakumar, Malayalam actress Lena Kumar, and veteran Seetha as lead characters, while Sachin Mani, Akalya Venkatesan, Suja Varunee, and Nivas Adithan are appearing in pivotal roles. Vasuvin Garbinigal rolled into production a few weeks before the second lockdown came into effect in Tamil Nadu and the final leg of filming still remains to be completed. 

It has been reported that the story of Vasuvin Garbinigal will be revolving around a doctor played by Neeya Naana Gopinath and four pregnant women, who are being portrayed by Seetha, Vanitha, Lena, and Anikha. The technical team includes music director Avin Mohan Sithara, cinematographer PK Varma, National Award-winning editor Vivek Harshan, with lyrics penned by Madhan Karky, choreography by Sherif, and art direction by Raj. Apart from Vasuvin Garbinigal under his Esthell Entertainer banner, producer Xavier Britto is bankrolling XB Film Creators' second production venture directed by blockbuster filmmaker Vishnuvardhan, which will serve as the launchpad for actor Atharvaa's brother Akash Murali.
