Kamal Haasan gets Rotary lifetime achievement award
The Rotary Club of Madras has conferred the prestigious lifetime achievement award to Padma Shri Kamal Haasan on Tuesday (November 17) during its commendation ceremony at Hotel Taj Connemera, Chennai. Kamal gets the award for his outstanding contribution to�society through his films.
The award was handed over to the actor by Rtn George Cherian (President of the Rotary Club). Those present at the venue�included Rtn. Aditya Agarwal, Rtn. Vivek Harinarain, Sudha Shivakumar, G. Ramkumar and G. Thiagarajan.
