Music meastro Ilaiyaraaja has been roped in to chord the tunes for Dhanush's next production venture Amma Kanakku. The film is a remake of Bollywood flick Nil Battey Sannata. The film's story is about the relationship between a single mother and her daughter. Directed by Ashwiny Iyer Tiwari, Amma Kanakku stars Samuthirakani, Amala Paul and Revathi in important roles.
