Sivakarthikeyan's Prince completed filming last week and the post-production works are currently underway ahead of the film's theatrical release for the festive occasion of Diwali. Directed by Telugu filmmaker Anudeep K.V of Jathi Ratnalu fame, the upcoming film produced by Sree Venkateswara Cinemas LLP in association with Shanthi Talkies and Suresh Productions banners is billed to be a fun-filled family entertainer and features music by hit composer Thaman. S, with the team, sometime back releasing the first single titled 'Bimbilikki Pilapi', which has since gone on to become a chart-buster.
Sung by 'Rockstar' Anirudh Ravichander to the lyrics penned by Vivek, a short video promo for the 'Bimbilikki Pilapi' song has now been released by the makers, which gives us a short glimpse at Sivakarthikeyan setting the floor on fire with his dance skills alongside Ukrainian model and actress Maria Ryaboshapka, who is playing the female lead in Prince. The 'Bimbilikki Pilapi' song shows SK and Maria grooving to Thaman's peppy tune and foot-tapping beats, Anirudh's electrifying vocals, and has received a sensational response, especially from youngsters and children.
Sivakarthikeyan's Prince will also see the star sharing screen space with Prankster Rahul, Premgi Amaren, and veteran actor Sathyaraj, who will be appearing in pivotal roles. Apart from the 'Bimbilikki Pilapi' song, the second single titled 'Jessica', presumably on Maria Ryaboshapka's character in the film, too has become a hit and is trending at the top of the charts. With the 'Bimbilikki Pilapi' song's promo now out, we can expect the full video to be released sometime soon ahead of the film's theatrical release later this month. Prince is being released across Tamil Nadu by GN Anbu Chezhian's Gopuram Cinemas banner and SK will be looking to hit the bullseye third time on the trot after the blockbuster success of his Doctor (2020) and Don (2022).
