Bigg Boss Tamil season 4 turned out to be a major success for networking giant Vijay TV and the streaming player Hotstar as the hit reality show hosted by actor-politician 'Ulaganayagan' Kamal Haasan saw a record viewership yet again as in line with the previous editions. The recently-concluded edition of Bigg Boss saw actor Aari Arujunan being crowned as the title winner, with model Balaji Murugadoss declared to be first runner up, followed by Rio Raj as the second runner up, Ramya Pandian coming in third and Som Shekar in the final fourth position. 

Kicking off in early October last year, Bigg Boss 4, which ran for 105 days, has since made the contestants who participated on the show into household names, who have since been catching up on the big events that had taken place outside during their stint. The sixteen contestants who took part in Bigg Boss Tamil 4 included Aari, Aajeedh, Anitha Sampath, Rekha Harris, Jithan Ramesh, Aranthangi Nisha, Gabriella Charlton, Balaji Murugadoss, Ramya Pandian, Rio Raj, Suresh Chakravarthy, Velmurugan, Som Shekar, Samyuktha Karthik, Sanam Shetty and Shivani Narayanan, while VJ Archana Chandhoke and singer Suchitra were introduced as wildcard entrants after the show began rolling. 

With the show ending a week back, preparations are said to be underway for the Bigg Boss Tamil season 4 Kondattam event, which will see all the contestants reuniting once again as part of the celebrations and to also reminisce and share their experiences. The Bigg Boss Kondattam show, which happens every year after the main show's run comes to an end, has received a huge response from fans, as it sees the contestants showcasing their skills in various events. 

In that light, videos and pictures of the Bigg Boss 4 contestants are now out on social media, with Samyuktha, Aajeedh and Gaby now putting up a visual treat in the form of a crossover between the Tamil and Hindi versions of Bigg Boss. Likewise, Sanam Shetty too has begun her preparations for the Bigg Boss 4 Kondattam and shared a picture of herself before she headed for her rehearsals, including posting a photo of two coffee mugs with Anitha Sampath. Similarly, Nisha too has shared a picture from her room where she is seen looking at a mirror and smiling. Furthermore, Suresh Chakravarthy, Shivani Narayanan and Rekha Harris from the Bigg Boss Tamil season 4 Kondattam rehearsals and Balaji Murugadoss, Aari and Ramya Pandian posing for a photo have made their way online raising the excitement and curiosity among fans.
