Popular artist co-ordinator Nirmala Rajesh, more fondly called as Nimmi, passed away due to Covid 19 and several notable Tamil television personalities have expressed their heartfelt condolences on social media. Nirmala is said to have worked on quite a lot of popular shows on Vijay TV and her demise has come as a shocker for the members of the television industry. Actress Sharanya Turadi of Ayutha Ezhuthu serial fame took to her official Facebook page to pen a heartfelt note in Tamil about Nirmala.

Sharanya Turadi's post is loosely translated in English as, "Not sure how many more lives we are going to lose. I can never deny your request when you call me to take part in Vijay TV shoots as your voice will be filled with love and affection. You would ask us if we (actors/crew members) need anything to eat, but I have never seen you eat anything for yourself. I myself have advised you, plenty of times to eat properly. Even now, I am saying the same. Nimmi, you should have taken more care of your own health".

Similarly, actress and Super Singer fame Soundarya Bala Nandakumar also mourning the demise of Nirmala on her social media page. Soundarya wrote, "I remember you being so supportive and kind in all the shows that you managed and I was a part of. Good bye Nirmala Ma’am. (Artist coordinator) Rest in peace". DD Dhivyadharshini also posted a picture of Nirmala on her Instagram page and mourned her loss. At this juncture, Galatta Media prays for the departed soul to rest in peace.
