Director Mysskin's Pisasu 2 is scheduled to go on floors this month and the acclaimed filmmaker is busy with several pre-production works. Mysskin has also been actively sharing updates regarding his film on his social media pages. Having said that, the Onaayum Aattukkuttiyum director revealed that a new song was recently recorded for the film and the number was sung by Sid Sriram. Mysskin posted a picture with Sid and was all praise for the young musician’s talent. He wrote on his Twitter page, "Today @sidsriram sang a beautiful melody for Pisasu-2. He has a Mesmerizing, Soul touching & a Gentle voice which elevates anything he sings. SID YOU ARE A GIFT TO US!!! Mysskin”.

Pisasu 2 has music scored by Karthik Raja who is returning to mainstream cinema after quite some time. It can be noted that Sid Sriram had lent his voice for the song, ‘Unna Nenachu’, from Mysskin’s previous release, Psycho which had music scored by Isaignani Ilaiyaraaja. The song became a sensational hit and was a chartbuster number among music lovers. The same combination of Mysskin and Sid Sriram are once again coming together, but this time in the music of Karthik Raja. Mysskin treats his songs very special and in that way, let us hope that this new song turns out to be a chartbuster on the lines of ‘Unna Nenachu’. A few weeks before, Mysskin revealed that Super Singer sensation Priyanka NK also crooned for a melody number in the film.

Talking about Pisasu 2, it features Andrea Jeremiah in the lead role, alongside Psycho fame Rajkumar Pitchumani and Poorna (Shamna Kasim) in supporting roles. The first look poster of the film was released recently and it got a very good reception from the audience. Pisasu 2 has cinematography by Siva Santhakumar. The film will be bankrolled by T Muruganantham under the banner of Rockfort Entertainment. A grand set is being erected at Dindigul and the set construction works are already in progress.

Reportedly, Mysskin has planned to complete the entire shooting in a single schedule from start to finish without any major breaks. After completing Pisasu 2, Mysskin is committed to working with Arun Vijay and Silambarasan TR on two different projects which are said to be action oriented films. Further details are awaited.
