The second wave of Covid 19 is getting severe with every passing day and lakhs and lakhs of people are testing positive for the virus on a daily basis. Actress Kangana Ranaut has now tested positive for the virus and she took to her official Instagram page to share the news. In her post, Kangana mentioned that she was feeling weak and tired for the last few days and when she got tested, the result turned out to be positive. The talented actress stated that she has quarantined herself and was also confident that she will overcome this. At the same time, the post is also receiving a mixed response from a section of people for her usage of words.

Kangana called Covid 19 to be a small time flu and it has become a topic of discussion on social media. Kangana Ranaut’s official Instagram post read, "I was feeling tired and weak with slight burning sensation in my eyes for past few days, was hoping to go to Himachal so got my test done yesterday and today the result came I am covid positive. I have quarantined myself, I had no idea this virus is having a party in my body, now that I know I will demolish it, people please don’t give anything any power over you, if you are scared it will scare you more, come let’s destroy this Covid -19 it is nothing but a small time flu which got too much press and now psyching few people. Har Har Mahadev 🙏".

The fans and well wishers are praying for her speedy recovery and we at Galatta Media also hope that Kangana recovers and returns to normalcy soon. On the acting front, Kangana Ranaut will next be seen in Thalaivi which is ready for release. The film was initially supposed to release in theatres on April 23, but due to the severity of the second wave of Covid 19, the release was pushed. Thalaivi, which happens to be the biopic of former Tamil Nadu Chief Minister, J Jayalalitha, is directed by Vijay and has music scored by GV Prakash. The trailer of the film had received a very good response from the fans.
