Gouri Kishan who made a strikingly impressive debut in the Vijay Sethupathi - Trisha starrer, 96, was recently seen in Thalapathy Vijay’s Master, directed by Lokesh Kanagaraj. Gouri Kishan was seen playing the role of a college student and she had a good screen presence. Interestingly, there was also a scene that gave her the scope to perform and showcase her talent. Gouri Kishan has indeed become one of the promising talents among the next-gen actors and she is someone to watch out for. Up next, she would be seen in an important role in Dhanush’s Karnan, directed by Mari Selvaraj. It is going to be interesting to see Gouri in a film that is set in a rural backdrop.

Apart from Karnan, Gouri also has a film in Malayalam which is titled, Anugraheethan Antony. This film features Sunny Wayne and Gouri Kishan as the main leads, while Siddique, Indrans, Suraj Venjaramoodu will be seen in supporting roles. The film is directed by Prince Joy. The makers of Anugraheethan Antony have released the trailer which looks quite promising and interesting. The trailer gives us a glimpse of what the film is going to be about. It looks like Anugraheethan Antony is a breezy drama that will deal with strong emotions. Sunny Wayne shows good promise and appears in two different makeovers.

Gouri, on the other side, looks impressive and it looks like she has gotten to play a solid role.
